Fayette County’s tentative abstract values are approved and listed on the website under the Value History tab. Again, these are just the tentative values as no rates will be known until the final abstract is approved in December.
The Fayette County Auditor will be holding informal hearings on two different dates to discuss any questions on the tentative values.
The first meeting will be held November 6, 2024 from 2pm to 4pm in the Fayette County Administration Building on the 4th floor. The second meeting will be held November 20, 2024 from 4pm to 6pm at the Evelyn Pentzer Meeting room located at 103 E. East St. Washington CH, OH 43160.
